I may need to update this policy from time to time. If I do, I’ll add a post to the site explaining the changes or update the changes at the bottom of the policy.
The information I collect
When you leave a comment, you are asked to leave your name, email address and optional website address and you can optionally tick a checkbox to save your name, email, and website in the browser you are using, for the next time you leave a comment. When you use the contact form you are effectively sending an e-mail to Jim Williams’ email inbox. Jim will delete the e-mail once he has replied and your e-mail address will never be used for marketing purposes. If you don’t want to leave a comment or use the contact me form, you can view the site incognito.
People who will be able to see it
Jim Williams and I are the main people that will be able to see the information you provide. Anyone who may help us with the site over time may also be able to see it but they won’t be able to share it or use it for their own purposes.
If you leave a comment your name will be made public but not your e-mail address or website. If you use the Contact Me form, nothing will be made public.
Note: All communication with this site is transmitted over a secure and encrypted channel. If you do not see a padlock in your browser address bar, please don’t use the site.
